This sponsored feature, first published by Richmond News and shared here in February 2024, announced phase two of Westrich Bay. Phase two brought the Waterfront Tower, a nine-storey luxury condominium built with steel and concrete, with one-, two- and three-bedroom suites and access to more than 15,000 square feet of amenities. It also included walk-out, bungalow-style suites, each with a private landscaped yard and pool. Phase one, the waterfront villas along 800 feet of white sand beach, had been released the fall before.

The feature pointed to three things that set Westrich Bay apart:

  • Purchase incentives. Westrich Bay is built in partnership with Westbank First Nation on its land, and buyers pay no property transfer tax, no speculation tax, and no GST, HST or PST.
  • Location. The community sits on the shore of Okanagan Lake, a short drive from downtown Kelowna.
  • Amenities. An infinity pool, hot tub, golf simulator, gym, sauna, steam room, movie room and lounge. The feature also mentioned the large marina, where boat slips are available to homeowners as an optional extra, at additional cost.

Prices and release dates in the original feature have since changed. Limited suites remain in the Waterfront Tower, from $799,000. See current floor plans and prices, or ask our sales team what is available.
